Privacy & Trust

One Identity, Private Rooms

Abusua.club and Asore.org are partner platforms in one ecosystem. You use one Abusua ID, but your group data remains private and permission-based.

Privacy at a glance

  • Unified access: One login works across partner platforms, including Asore.org.
  • Strict privacy: Church leaders cannot view your family dues, and family/group leaders cannot view your church records.
  • Data integrity: Verified profile updates like phone number or KYC can sync across partner apps for accuracy and fraud prevention.

Shared Infrastructure (Partner Organization)

We run a shared identity and security infrastructure to protect your account, prevent impersonation, and reduce identity fraud. This shared layer does not give all admins access to all data.

Each organization only sees what it is authorized to see based on role and membership permissions.

Zero Cross-Visibility Guarantee

Your data is separated by organization context. This means one group cannot spy on data from another group because your account exists in both apps.

  • Pastors and church admins can only access church-authorized records.
  • Family heads, club leads, and association admins can only access their own group-authorized records.
  • We monitor access using audit controls and role-based rules.

Your control and rights

You own your personal data. You can review your memberships and see which church, family, club, or association has access to your profile.

We design this platform in line with GDPR principles and Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), including transparency, purpose limitation, and security safeguards.
